Atwood tools

Just one question, how does everyone carry their Atwood? And do you have it secured so you won't lose it or is it just loose on your person somewhere?

On a lanyard around my neck, on those rare occasions that I carry one.   Atwoods are jewelry.

People actually do carry these things around? You mean, outside of protective sleeves and sheaths and wallets? Madness! :ahhh

I just throw mine in my pocket and go. Never lost one, and never really use it.

Little Ti thing on my keychain, and a Prybaby loose in my pocket because it sees so much use and I need it not to be "shackled" to anything.

I used to come here a lot.

I carry a Flat GasBaby on my keys, and a FunnyBone with a short length of paracord tied to it and carried in my pocket.  Works well for me.

Ownership of a small pry bar should be mandatory for anyone who own's a folder worth more than $50.00 ! I wish Peter would liscence the more mundane ones to someone else , he could still do well on the custom/ltd. edition stuff !

Alright, I know this is probably the last thread I should post this kind of comment in... but isn't $370 just too much for a darn necker? I just bumped on a sale on another forum for one of Peter's SUMO knives that started at that price. Sheesh... ??? I don't question the quality and finish of Atwoods, mind you; they are well known -- even legendary -- for those qualities. But why oh why would anyone spend that amount for such a thing, even if only as a collector? I just don't freaking get it... ???

I have a few Atwood tools, from back when they were more affordable and easier to come by. I still use the original Prybaby Mini. The Spanner baby gets carried when I carry the Strider SNG. I have no idea why I purchased the Bugout Bar. It's too heavy to realistically carry around.
