First of all, thanks to everybody for the friendly welcome.
Very kind !

Welcome to the forum dude. As others will also tell you, it all depends on what you plan to do with that tool. If it's just strong pliers and screwdrivers you need you might be better off with exactly that: a strong pair of pliers and a good bit driver plus bits, without the whole multitool hype (and money spending). If you also want can/bottle openers, a blade, scissors, being pocketable, etc., things start to blur. The Wengergrip, for example, is about as strong a pair of pliers as you can get on a multitool, but it's far from being pocket-friendly. There are other much slimmer packages but they all have their pros and cons. Do you have any idea what the intended use will be? Local laws is another big factor; if for example you can't carry a locking blade, your options start to diminish.

Noth,
The objective is :
1) I want just one tool I can carry in the glove boxe. It will be used for everything. As I already do with my EDC knife.
2) I like well made knives and it is the occasion to have a well made multitool. In terms of knife I have a Greco folder which is, for the people that know a bit the knife world a very strong and usefull knife and I am loocking the equivalent in multitool. That's was my thoughts when I was talking about pliers and screwedrivers. Those items are just on the top of my list. Of course if I can have extra things like a saw it could be cool, but I don't think I will use it a lot, maybe once. So I don't care if the tool is beautifull or not, I am loocking for the strongest tool that fit into my frame : fixed/folding pliers (I have a preference for the fixed one like the Sog Toolclip or the Al Mar 4*4 for they don't have multi screwdrivers and are discountinued ; I like this kind of ugly tool), multi screwdrivers. I am a kind of beast with my thing, I will use them for everything. That's the way I like to use my stuff.
.
As for the knife, I want also the item itself and not only a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. I hope I am enough clear.

You want ugly , I think the 'Multimaster' by Kutmaster might fit the bill . The wire cutters on it are truly something else , it has a good tool selection. The only possible negative is the screw driver option ,it is a magnetic tool bit slot on the end of the non bladed handle , so you would need to match it with some small tool bits. They were sold with a sheath that included some tool bits , but i got my on dirt cheap 2nd hand so missed out. It reminds me of a Russian tank basic but very effective  :D. It also has a cool basic locking system (L locks) were the 2 handles mesh together & gripping the tool locks the tool being used in place. You may be limiting your options with wanting pliers with springs in it.
The Kutmaster is the tool on the bottom. I should mention it is a some what obscure tool  ::) :D

I'd also chime in for the Columbia River Knife and Tool Zilla or Zilla Jr.    If it's for a glove box in a car, Zilla would be fine.  They both have very nice pliers which will stay open without pressure (spring-loaded).

Welcome!

Bear and Son Super Bear Jaws 156l looks like it will suit you...
Strong blunt-nose pliers, an aggressive saw, and probably the strongest #2 phillips available on a multitool, which lives up to ASME standards...you can buy the coupler kit for expanded use...

First off , most multis are light to medium duty pliers . This is due to the fact that 90 odd % of the heads are cast . All have different pros and cons . The Victorinox Swisstool is well worth a look , as is the Spirit . Start at the top !
