Today once again, it's the Nitecore TIP.. Since the overall price is reasonable and it comes in a variety of very cool colors, I'm thinking of picking up one or two more..

I know I'm supposed to be looking at the torch Terry (and it is cool) but that leather slip cover caught my eye and reminded me that I made one a few years ago for a Vic Ambassador.  Just looked it out and it's a good fit for my RR Peanut and Mini Barlow. :tu:

Surefire Z44 head w/UCL lens & stainless bezel
FiveMega FM18350 (3P) body w/102mm extension to convert to 2xAA
Malkoff M31LL drop-in and tail (w/McClicky)

50 lumens with great runtime on 1xCR123a, 1xAA or 2xAA

I haven't posted in this thread for over 2 years, because I've been carrying an Olight i3s almost* everyday for 3 years now.  But since I'm not alone in that (I'll have to check in again at the 6 yr mark :) ), I figured I'd pop in.  I think I'm one of the few that really likes the M-H-L twisty UI, and haven't been able to find anything I like better for everyday pocket carry.


*I say almost because I lost one in a field helping with a fireworks display this past 4th of July.  But I got on Amazon and ordered it's replacement (same i3s, same color) and it was here in 2 days.
