Here are my M1903 rifles, bayonets:
TOP: M1903 made by Springfield Armory in 1917. Used in WW1. BOTTOM: M1903A3 made by Remington in 1943 during WW2.
Here are my Winchester M70's...both are .30-06, both have Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 scopes. Ttop one is a M70 Classic Stainless (bought new in 1994), the reintroduction of the pre-64 type (it has to do with the bolt: pre-64 has a Mauser M98 type extractor, post-64 has a push-feed bolt with blade extractor....dumb move...think Coke Classic vs. New Coke of 1985...BLUNDER!!!). I shot a bull caribou in Alaska with it in the Brooks Range in 1997...TASTY!!!
Bottom one is a 1955-made Featherweight (pre-64). I bought it in Alaska in 1995.
