Update:
I just wanted to share another quite simple idea with you:
Instead of making a t-shank holder from scratch i found a way to modify the LM Bitholder to Hold T-Shank blades. Its pretty easy to do if you got a dremel or similar tool.
Here is what i did (with pictures, yay!):

First, i used the dremel to widen the opening of the bitholder to fit the Blades.

As the blades are longer than the bits, i also had to drill the end of the bitholder a little.

Now the T-shank Blades fit into the bitholder and are held by the same lever as the bits.
The mod is quite easy accomplished (once you notice the blades are longer than the bits and need a deeper hole which i didnt at once ::) ) and doesnt interfere with the bit-holding function in any way. You should put a little pressure on the lever if using the t-shank blades to have a tight fit.
If i had a brant new Skeletool that would be my favorite way to at the bitholder - its a lot easier and does the same as my first idea.
As i am working on a new "Skurge"-project i wont buy a new skeletool though...

I have now decided to redo my mod with the new Skeletool i won at the auction over here.
as i managed to mod the bitholder itself to hold t-shank blades, i didn`t need to make another t-shank holder and have been able to refine the design a bit.

Here is what came out:

Weight is 129g tool only. 189g with LM Diamond file, saw and ten bits.

Indeed a beauty. Surprised you can saw anything with it though, the bit lock on my two skeletools can barely keep the bits in

hey shorty, is the scissor swap a permanent thing or can you replace the holder at any time?

you mean the holder for the second bit versus the scissors?
You can make that permanent or non-permanent: If you drill out the rivet, you can take the bitholder out without damaging it.
Thats what i did with the first version.

Now i did it the other way round: I have cut the aluminium bit-holder to get it out without damaging the rivet because my selfmade rivets didn`t been all to great.
As i had to damage the Bitholder the exchange is permament now.

I can actually saw with it if i hold the lever down with a thumb. You have to make the bitholder a bit deeper so that the lever will lock the blades just behind the t-shank.
I dont need to hold down the lever if i am using the file though.
I will post a picture soon.
