That's absolutely crazy because I was thinking about something very similar today! I went on a daytrip today carrying my LM Skeletool CX. I was thinking that LM should make tools from their propritety bits. Have the bit serve as the shank (since they lock in on the Skeletool) and you could have a saw, file, scissors, and maybe even a metal cutting blade: the possibilities are endless. Considering a Skeletool would mainly be worn in pocket or on a belt loop, LM could make a sheath with elastic pockets that holds these tools. Since the Skeletool is a minimalist tool I think making these blades would be great for Skeletool owners who want a bit more. I remember Mr. Whippy said that the Skeletool would be perfect if it had a file. BAM, if LM had the Skeletool accessories it would be great.I honestly think this would be a great idea. I am going to shoot LM an email right now explaining my idea! What do you guys think? yay or nay?I completely understand the Skeletool is a minimilast tool, but having those options available would be extremely advantageous, IMO.
If you could sneak in what a great idea it is to make the Skeletool 2HO, I'm ready to sign in...

The problem is that the Skeletool still, according to our knifelaw, was originally manufactured as a OHO, and therefore still is illegal.. (They don't leave any loopholes, Huh..)
