no pics but heavy use on the last weekends. I help some friends and family to move the past 3 weekends.

First friend hadn't prepared her move, her apartment was a total trash, and guess what? not a single tool. Her boyfriend dump her and leave with the tools, letting her and the baby.
I had no idea of the situation and just came with a st300 and a pocket wrench.
And had to disassemble everything with just these tools. And i have to say, i was never so happy to have it.
Beds (both mother and baby one's), wardrobe, baby's park, everything was dismount with my st300 and pocketwrench. This is a beast combo. i even manage to unscrew some smurfty allen screw with the flat screwdriver. It totally saved the day

the 2 following weekends were helping my wife's cousin to move to his new house, which was still work in progress, but he have tools so less use of the st300 but it still was helpfull to dismount wardrobe, purge heaters and so on, the best tool is the one in your pocket and not the one in the other room. And my st300 was in my pocket!

I have many multitools, but the st300 is the one i prefers to use in smurfty conditions like those one and it's not as heavy as my surge.

Glad you were able to help you friend out  She sounds like she may be down on her luck a bit and the move may be best for her sounds like :tu:

Also glad you could help your wifes family as well :salute: :like: :like:

yeah it's a smurfty moment for her, but it will bring her back on tracks, her boyfriend was a total jerk.

Well y'all are invited, but you would have to fight off my daughter for the quesadillas. I make them for her. The secret is butter and real cheese. (No processed crap)You have to fry them in butter. Then finally forget to cut them in the kitchen where there's tons of sharp knives so you use a pocket knife to cut it into triangles.

Got the keys to our new home yesterday.
Today we started the works to bring the house to the 21st century. (Nothing major, but it needs some care)

Got some sandwiches for the guys helping me out today, but forgot a knife...

The serrated blade on the Rebar saved lunchtime!

Used my surge pliers to stretch tailcap spring in my jetbeam pa20 flashlight which has a very long body and batteries go too far into it and was developing a blink when you tap or shook it. strtching the spring seemed to help a bit, I guess it got compressed over time, but still think this was more of a design flaw.

Then I used my Kershaw Scallion(not a mt, but a tool) to assist in destroying a couch I hated so I could get to the wood guts and and take it apart for easier throw away. After cutting fabric and foam and cottony stuff for 5 minutes I said umm, lets not wreck the nice knife on pos couch and got a junker knife to take over, than got out a hammer, small sledge hammer, circular saw, pry bar, safety glasses & mechanix gloves and the surge for large staple removal, and proceded to smash and cut couch into manageable chunks, dragged them down 3 flights of steps and to dumpster and cotteny material left a slug trail all over side walk

Then I took multiple tylenol and other painkillers as I was a wreck after this lol

Here's the guts

Yesterday I used my Spirit to take apart a table at a friend's place. The legs were bolted on in hard to reach places with not much twist room so it took a while but got the job done in the end!!

Also fixed some electric toys with my SAK cybertraveller lite

To put a new plug on the heater I acquired for my office this morning.

They've turned the heating off in every building on site as they need the steam for the processes and our internal power station isn't producing enough while 2 boilers are offline, so we get to freeze instead.  It was 7c in my office when I got here this morning. It's just passed 17c now so it's just getting nice.

It would be nice if they had told us this on Friday when the decision was made so we could have all dressed a little warmer

Not really my tool, but part of my edc. Used my fisher space pen that I always carry to write down the registration number of the van doing a runner after he reversed into a car outside the shops this morning, and also my contact details and the ones of the other witness who I was chatting to when it happened.

The car owner, though majorly grumpy as we all would be after someone hitting our cars, was very thankful for the details.

Good deed of the day done very early  :tu:
