I just bought the most amazing knife and it was really inexpensive!!!

I'm visiting my friends here in Idaho and one of my buddies friends had a new Buck knife that he was showing off. I've always liked Buck knives (and have owned a few) but they just just didn't have any tactical style knives that I liked. Anyway, I checked out the knife and I really loved it. I asked him how much the knife was and he said it was around $75 which seemed more then fair for the knife. Well.... he was wrong on the price and I picked one up today for $24.99! I really cant say enough about this knife. It's made in the USA and is a quality flipper. Here is a link so you can check out the details:

I would probably say that this is the best value I've ever seen in a knife. Only the Vic Farmer might be a better deal. So if you've always wanted a nice tactical flipper and are on a tight budget, I would give this one a look.

I have the same knife, it's my current EDC. Paid $40 but that's expected in Canada.

I haven't heard one bad report about that knife yet  .  You can get them over here in different steels and handle materials and the cheapest one is really good value.

I don't own the Avid but I own the Vantage, it's priced as well as the walmart native was. Someday I might pick up the Avid so I can compare the two. Great score GadgetGuy, Buck makes some pretty awesome blades and it's even better that it's made right here in the USA.

Check out Moonraker knives.  They had Vantages at decent-ish prices over there.

I was just checking one out today at LeBaron's and it felt really good.  They were asking $39.95 cdn. but when I asked about the handle material the sales guy said it was imitation wood, that wasn't what I had in mind so I passed.  I picked up the large Select model instead.  420HC steel with zytel handle, the finish on the blade isn't as nice as the S30V or Sandvik versions but good enough for edc.
