What do the holes do? or are they just for decoration ... or making it into a button ;)
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

There are just to give the piece a little interest.  :tu:  I hate the large hole on the original. The added holes give you the option to carry it anyway you like on your keychain. If there is a size that you use more often, you can move the screwdriver so the part you use the most will be in the correct position.  :tu:

I've wanted something like this for years!  I know Lee Valley has them something like 12 for $8, but they are total crap, IMO.

  • Why is it doing that?

Make the middle hole a 1/4'' hex driver and you've got a winner.

It will add too much to the cost. This project is being done on a $500,000 CNC machine and you wouldn't believe how much it costs just in bits to get this project done. I could do almost anything with this project, but would anyone like to pay $100 for a pocket screwdiver?  :D  We were going to add tritium, but that would have cost and extra $25 and I just felt it was too much extra. I'm really happy to get these done in titanium for $25.  :tu:

You're welcome, mate!   Dave makes some really cool stuff!  He stuff is in high demand as he only makes small batches. He does this as a hobby and gets bored easily. He told me he was making big $$$ making RC car parts but got so bored that he quit making them.

I understand John. I just suggested making the middle hole a 1/4'' hex instead of a circle; I should have said I've no idea whatsoever about what is doable with a cnc machine and what not. Good luck mate! :tu:
