I wonder if Leatherman will start producing the other tools we want like all metal versions of Kick, Blast, Fuse and a electrician juice...

what is the scoope, def?

Leatherman is somewhat upset- this image was not authorized for distribution, and once again, they have a leak somewhere in their network, similar to the Freestyle that showed up on eBay well before the Freestyle was released.  They were lucky then, that a Multitool.org member was kind enough to snag that Freestyle, but when info gets out, there's no stopping it.

Fortunately (for LM) this appears to be all that has gotten out, and they are rightly somewhat tight lipped about any details concerning these tools.

So, I would suggest for now at least, drool over the picture and make any assumptions you like, but bear in mind these are likely advanced prototypes and the actual production models, if they make it to that step, may differ from what you see there.

I will of course add any info when the folks at LM see fit to distribute it.

Sounds like good advice.

I do hope that the fine folks at Leatherman will notice the excitement of this group and possibly produce something like the tools shown on that leaked photograph. Mind you, I am in for anything they make for my collection anyways.  :salute:

That PS4 looks perfect.

I'm going to take that above statement back a little and say that; if they dropped the file for the scissors and kept the awl and small screwdriver, that would be perfect. :pok:

I would love for all of us to sit in a room with the product engineers and just start drawing ideas.....just a week is all I want. I believe we could come up with tools that would be extremely useful not that the current ones arent.

What Grant said was pretty much the whole story.  Someone on ebay got one ahead of the sale date, stuck it up for auction and someone here bought it.
