there is one at a flea market here, it is about perfect, never used. no sheath. to unlock a tool you have to open another one. has usa also stamped on the plier head.
20 bucks a good deal?

it is damn near perfect. you can see a few minor spots of corrosion which i will get rid of later. pics make it look worse than it is. perfect lockup, solid. appears unused except for the spots.
this sucker is heavy though!
