well, it looks like you are turning some kind of gas valve on a bottle.

so, I will guess you are servicing some kind of pumping device

given the markings on the sticker it looks like it was made in Germany. (baukasten = set)

How much redundancy does one keychain need?! I thought mine was bad, but it seems rather sensible compared to that :D
