If you're getting it outside the UK make sure they describe it as a UK legal slip joint I've heard the UKBA cant tell the diff "sometimes" between lock and non lockable knives,especially if it's a spydie

Without the lock it can't fall into any of the banned items.
They did, but a letter explaining sorted that one I believe.
