Fischer Soviet era?

I was wondering if others here is interested in learning some more on the Fischer company Vic importer for the Baltic countries  
if you remember the nice Alox knowledge book from Fronta you could see an Alox model with the Fischer crossbow stamp

This is from a period when the baltic countries was Soviet and that i have rarely seen or heard of Soviet Vics, now... I have read some on the Soviet goverment and KGB MVD and party from the 50s and up. From what i have learned is that the higher people in the party or in KGB MVD or secret services used alot of western things, clothes electronics and watches. The list goes on and on, correct me if i am wrong.
Maybe the Baltic countries had some freedom i do not know....since it was an occupation. Still for the ordinary people things for the Soviet empire had to be controled to the brink of existence... Switzerland is a neutral country so this can be a good reason for why they could be imported. I remember reading about Powers when he got shot down and the Soviet showed his gear he had a Wenger on him. Does any of you have any Vics or Wengers from the cold war(soviet countries)?
What made the baltics Estonia f.example have legal rights for importing Vics and without ant Soviet approving markings?
I find this interesting this should mean that the Fischer knives must be put in a category of very special knives.....

I was in Russia early '89 and didn't see any Vics. even in the tourist only stores.  I did see plenty of Russian pocket knives though so I would guess they would be very rare.

All i say is that it is unlikely that there was Victorinox imports, maybe they are not from the baltics att all?
Maybe another company???
P.S R.M Fischer does exist in Estonia

I have recieved som premium information on the Fischer stamp, since the alox knife has the old awl i est it to be from 1957-1961 and Vic confirmed with this:
-The company Fischer was a wholesaler in Switzerland. Victorinox produced under the brand name «Fischer» some pocket tools around 1957.
Also i mentioned that importing to Estonia during the cold war would not be easy and since here was no Soviet stamp or cyrillic letters i found it to be unlikely, still i hoped for a more exciting answer.

So this is it i guess
