BUMPO!
I was looking to a much less invasive Juice mod (just making new stainless or g10 scales with pocket clip) and i was wondering how the brass pivots are working out.
I was also researching the thread size...4-40?

Got the brass pivots made a couple weeks ago (finally!) and did a test assembly. Everything works well, but I need to do a little polishing on some of the components before doing a 'final' assembly. (the donor tool was a used Xe6) Hopefully we got light at the end of this tunnel.
*screw size is 3-48
