Thanks guys!  I got it used, but it seems to have barely been worn.  It's a big sucker but very comfortable.  It's got a nylon strap rather than resin, you can see the yellow underside of it peeking out from the top of the pic.  It's a wide strap and very comfortable.  The yellow and black is pretty sharp looking too.  Now to figure out how to use the tide info, moon phase function, four alarms, two stopwatches, world time, and whatever else is hiding in the functions.....  :)

I'm a little tired and think I may have already said this in here recently, but I've been wearing my DW5600 constantly for a while now and it's one of the most comfortable watches I own. I use the daily alarm and stopwatch often so wasn't quite getting along with my Citizen eco-drive which is analog. I own a smurfload of watches but if I do buy another it will definitely be some kind of G. :salute:

Its one of many reasons i love my 5600 as there so comfy Steve,my G5600 has more functions and is solar but the more abused basic DW 5600E is my favourite as more old school but with a better llght  :tu:

I have one on the radar, but want to order my Tom Bihn bag first since that is on back order until late August. The G Shock's not going anywhere.

Few weeks maybe. Can't wait to report back with pictures.  :D

My DW-9052 has become my everyday work watch.  As I'm sure you can imagine, a watch being worn in a paint store for 8-10 hours a day can get a bit dirty.  That kinda sucks, because I really like that watch, and would like to wear it out and about in a less messy condition.  Fortunately there's a solution to that - get another one!  :D

My other one is yellow (and blue, and white, and semi-solid oil redwood, and.....) but I do like this red one.  Pretty sharp looking IMO.  :tu:

Thanks detron.  It is a nice watch, and you can find them all over the place for around $50 or less.  Very comfortable, relatively simple, not too big on the wrist.  :tu:

Well I love my G-Shock, it's my work watch. A red G-7900A and it gets a tough life. Daily baths in hydraulic oil, dragged around inside machinery and under trucks and forklifts. But amazingly a scrub with hand cleaner and a nail brush gets it looking sharp again.

I just spotted this on the website of a large online seller here in Australia.. a  S-SHOCK.
Yours for only $26, also available in red, blue, green and white trim.

I wonder what the S stands for...    smurf, would be my guess.

Thes Watches are great because when they are Dirty, you can just wear they under the Shower :)
The Only Feature i miss on the new G, is, the Countdowntimer, but therfore i use aktually my Phone..
Hopefully it isnt that divicult to use, i had whit the new one 4 G-Shocks (one Baby G from my Sister, on Yelow G-Shock Digital, and the Analog Digital i courently have, and then this new one.. ) so i think i know the basics, but this new one ditnt have a Display ...

Your wish is my order.... >:D
What model shall I send your way?
Analog? Digital? Colourful or muted?

Just joking, but beware, G-Shocks are a slippery slope. Not that I´m complaining.
For me it started similar than the MTO bug. I got a DW-5600E for my birthday and just googled for some info and now I have had at least 60-70 different models, owning aroudn 20 different ones right now and been modding, restoring, searching, buying.... You know the story.

Tell us what other G´s you get.
