Looking for help with a pouch/sheath
« on: May 26, 2010, 08:58:19 PM »
Hello all.  I have recently purchased a leatherman wave with I have found has come in quite handy as a IT guy.  I am not horribly impressed with the sheath that came with it though I am am hoping you all may be able to help me find something a bit more to my liking.  What I would like first and foremost is a sheath with a clip so that I don't have to remove my belt to put it on/take it off.  Secondly it must go with some what dressy clothes (Dress pants/golf shirt style).  Leather is preferred but nice looking nylon would work as well.  Lastly (and this isn't a requirement just something that would be nice) is if it had the ability to be "rotated" so the tool could be carried horizontally.

Thanks!

The Nite Ize Tool Holster Stretch seems to match most of your requirements.

Thank you very much for the link.  I read the posts in that other thread and it appears that what the one guy says about it sticking out a lot would probably be a problem for me.  Is there anything else similar maybe without the rotating clip?

I think I remember seeing a leather sheath with a clip made for the Victorniox Spirit, but I could be wrong (and the Wave might not fit!)

I sometimes use the Spirit sheath with a clip very nice for work and dress. The wave fits but it is snug.

PM Felinevet he was the last guy I talked to about one and he might be have one in stock.
