Spork, I guess you mean something like this?

And I guess if I spend all afternoon in the Garage working on it instead of replacing the legs on my work bench I might come up with one of these

Thanks for the idea :tu:

You could mount it on a shaft and use it as a flensing knife...

Well........few weeks ago I went and bought the straightest rake handle from the bunch, sanded and gave it the linseed oil treatment. One end was already tapered to accept a rake, so it required minimal fitting...
My CS Bowie Bushman is now a spear.  8)

Thanks guys  :salute:

The bucktool was only $3!!

He had a bunch of knives and guns, but most of the knives were militaria, there was a milk crate of others, where I found these 4. Brought em up and asked what he was thinking. He said 15 for the axe- this scared me as I only had $24. He then looked at the buck 425 and said 2! Hope was restored, though I doubted I'd be leaving with the bucktool. He glimpses it, says $3, then looks on to the roach belly! Says 5. I was ecstatic. Informed him I had $24, he accepted it, and I was on my way!!

He said he'd be open tomorrow too, I'll be back for sure!

and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an axe quite like that before, cool  :tu:

The cs is a bit 'tin' feeling, though it is a very useful shape, and I've used it already and love it, my first 4116 knife.

The axe appears to be a somewhat crude mod job, but I like it, and it works well. I'll take pics in a sec. I also made a blade cover for it out of a leather tool pouch I bought today to cut up.

What's the beige tube on the left?
Nice Wenger! How are the locking models, I've long wondered.

Picked this up today at the same sale for a few bucks, along with an old Stanley/Aladdin thermos stamped 88 (1988?) in great shape for $1!

Sorry I never thought to say, it’s a tubular heater, they run at 60watts per foot, great for keeping the frost out of a shed etc

I haven't had a proper play with the wenger yet

Love that Schrade Knife

We have some products over here but no one wants them because of the lack of fuel cartridges.
