Your green knife looks like an Italian one I once had.  I'll try and dig out pictures but don't hold your breath, it was a while ago.


Turn out I'd actually labelled it properly for a change :D

I wanted the handle to look like one I've seen on some old Billhooks
This is how my new handle project went

And here it is, well its not quite finished I have put it together to check the fit
I will soak the handle in Teak oil some more before the final gluing  :cheers:

One of the main reasons for doing this was the handle was just too short for my hands (Its nearly big enough for a two handed grip now)  :cheers:
