How about this Chako .. From the same seller of TTi DLC Coated, http://cgi.ebay.com/Leatherman-Charge-TTI-Multitool-Black-Damascus-Blades-/130411286727?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e5d1e50c7 The description is Leatherman Charge TTi Black DLC coated with two Damascus steel blades, IMHO.. it's a custom, but the Charge with damascus blade is a ROCKS

There are also both of the elusive black-titanium-on-stainless models: Ti Black Titanium ! So these black scales don't get scratches like the black Al? That sounds interesting.

No, actually it is the same type of black anodizing. The only difference is the material underneath.

How did you change the color.? Thanks Allan for your PM reply ..hehehe I just heat and burn the TTi scales at the gas stove in my kitchen, it's about 5 minutes to make the 4 piece of titanium scales change their color. As i ever read on flashlight forum, flamed titanium can be done with heat and anodized processing. I just try a simple and cheap method...burn it , but with this method, it's difficult for us to control the color needed.. However, it has make me smile with my new TTi color
