Picnic
« on: September 01, 2007, 10:15:36 AM »
Off to the woods in a little while with my two girls and the dog . Going to hunt some bears  ;) Taking the camera with me so I'll take a few pics then perhaps go back in a month and take some more and compare them as we move into autumn .Might be a multitool or two creep into the pictures aswell  ;D

Its a wood near the village of Bacton , about 15 mins drive from me .
Is it just me or is it compulsory to take Mr. Kippling apple pies with you on a picnic ?

No they loved it , the secret is not to drag them round the woods for too long . They are back to school next week  ;D Its not easy keeping them entertained towards the end of the holidays.

I don't....I hit them all, just one of the many benefits of getting a bit older ???
I have to travel quite some distance to find some woods, that aren't vine choked.Take every chance you can to make memories, they're grown and gone all too quickly.

Vine choked woods huh?  Sounds like you could give a Leatherman Hybrid or Vista a good run for it's money then!

A Vista is in my future,my birthday is just around a corner or two. Some of this stuff around here is so thick that Husqvarna's finest and a thermonuclear device MIGHT get it.
