Leatherman PST Sheaths
« on: August 07, 2010, 08:45:29 PM »
Has anyone got a collection or photos of the original LM PST sheaths , were there many veriations . I have one that doesnt have "LEATHERMAN" stamped on the snap button . By how much does this pre-date ones with it stamped on them ?

I have several PST sheaths and I have them without LM on the snap and have them with it :) 1 in particular I have without the stamp has a PST in it (and it's original to this PST) with datecodes from 94 but I also have older ones that have the LM stamped on the snap :think: Maybe it is just from different batches :D Maybe somebody else can come along with some more info on it :tu:

There doesn't seem to be much of a pattern to this - some do and some don't!

Useful input as ever :D

A bit sad I know  ::) :D :D. But I took these awhile ago  :D :D

I thought it was a little interesting too see the different ways the sheaths were made.

Which one is the one with the name on the button? Mine (with name) looks like the one on the top picture.

In the first photo TS , the sheath on the left does not have Leatherman stamped on the fastening button , the one on the right does.
The pic unfortunately does not show it very clearly.

Sorry, the first picture is clear enough to see the stamp. I meant the pictures on the bottom which show the inside of the sheath. Which one belongs to the one with the stamped button?
