A Google search suggests Manimon is a European formulation of a cholesterol lowering drug. Wondering if the blade might be intended to be a pill cutter?

Well now that is an interesting theory! :salute:

I'm thinking it might be a foil cutter for wine bottles...or a green bean splitter ::)

...or maybe for opening shrink-wrap seals on pill bottles?
