I have no idea; I'll check in the morning.
I know the one other kit I have (that's in rougher shape, and is missing the mini-wrench) was, indeed, made in Soligen for an airline.

I can play this game
1'st one is a made in England Richards of Sheffield & its tiny
2'nd Japanese made Sheilds branded wallet tool(Big bloody wallet though
). Very similar too the German versions of this tool format.
Big bugger, it is in the middle with a LM Core & Vic Swisstool flanking it.

Ok, I just took a look through the kits; two were marked only Soligen Germany; two were marked Gusstahl Solingen Germany, one more was Timor Solingen Germany, and the large one was Jeichel Solingen Germany.

Mine just says Solingen Western Germany on all the bits.
The handle has a locking lever to release the blades. Best of all, it has PLIERS.
(although they are an extra accessory, not part of the blade-changer)
