I have no idea; I'll check in the morning. :tu:  I know the one other kit I have (that's in rougher shape, and is missing the mini-wrench) was, indeed, made in Soligen for an airline.

1'st one is a made in England Richards of Sheffield & its tiny






2'nd Japanese made Sheilds branded wallet tool(Big bloody wallet though  :D :D). Very similar too the German versions of this tool format.







Big bugger, it is in the middle with a LM Core & Vic Swisstool flanking it.

Ok, I just took a look through the kits; two were marked only Soligen Germany; two were marked Gusstahl Solingen Germany, one more was Timor Solingen Germany, and the large one was Jeichel Solingen Germany. :tu:

Mine just says Solingen Western Germany on all the bits. :) The handle has a locking lever to release the blades. Best of all, it has PLIERS. :multi:  (although they are an extra accessory, not part of the blade-changer) :)
