P.S I may have some info on one of the WW11 hidden Army secret Bunkers near Salhouse ( whoops not secret anymore ) . Was speaking to my father yesterday and he said he found it with me when I was child . I cant remember it though  :(

There are lots of different variations that can be bought very cheaply so giving to a good start.

Ok,  I'm no newbie here but I am not completely aware of all the PST variations.  Would you mind slapping together a list of the most significant deviations in design so I know what to look for?  I only have one PST atm, but it is one of my favorite tools next to my pulse and sideclip.  I would really like to get some older models.

I too am no expert , there was so many variations its easy just to buy ones that are different to the ones you already have and then go search for the changes on here  :D JSews and DaveK have a huge knowledge of PSTs and this thread makes very interesting reading and will keep you busy for quite sometime  :D        http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,5877.0.html That thread has more PST DNA in it then anywhere else on the web
I've actually been EDCing one for the last 2 or 3 months and they are a joy to use . Although If you are going to EDC one I'd go for one of the last production models as the drivers are very much improved .

Hope this helps

I have EDC'd one, but I find that locking tools are a must for me.  I made a vow to always keep one in case I visited the UK, though.  I can't think of a more fitting MT to use when visiting there.  I really like the looks of that riveting model, and I will be on the lookout for one.

It took me a while to find a riveted one and when I did it was NIB  :ahhh so was well worth the wait .  I'll still keep buying old users but next on my collection list will be cap crimper models I think although I'm in no hurry  :D
