I knew I should not have visited ThinkGeek...
« on: September 03, 2010, 07:41:41 pm »
...but am happy that I did.  :D

What is not shown is an Airzooka. I have always wanted a small portable version. Last year, I had one of my senior science class make two larger versions out of plastic garbage cans. Now that is fire power!

I originally visited ThinkGeek looking for a Binary watch. I talked myself out of that, but made the mistake of looking around a little. I came across these Star Wars Classics. I do vaguely remember seeing them on here at one time.  But when I came across them, I knew I just had to have them. This lead to a few more things like the Airzooka.

I thought they would have the standard Victorinox symbol on the front, but I was wrong.

After spending quite some time perusing their website, I decided to get myself a package of Bucky Balls, 2 magnetic  Acrobots, A Swiss+Tech 4 in 1 Screwz-all, and because of my astounding maturity, the infamous USB humping dog.

You should make one out of a full sized garbage can. That has nice range.

Oooh pretty. I loved the Darth one and the japanese wave. Surprisingly classy for geek accoutrement.  :tu:

What range do the garbage can airzookas have? You reckon I could knock over a medium sized child from a first story window?

"Wasn't me occifer, twas the wind"  :D >:D

Indoors, I can get a bit over 60 feet distance. There isn't enough air to blow anyone back. Just enough to feel like you got hit with a solid object from nowhere.

Now this thing...maybe.   :ahhh   :D

Really like the white and blue ones but the red Darth Vader looks a little off in red.

Yes, still in stock.

Stressmaster5000. It is a very dark red. Lighting plays a lot on how that red will transfer itself in a photograph.

Every time I go to ThinkGeek, the first thing I end up asking myself is "Do I really need a titanium spork?"

The answer naturally being "Of course". Everyone needs a titanium spork.

Good thing I go to the effort of posting an online SAK e-zine every month for all the folks that apparently bother to read it....
