Cheesy <groan> (Image removed from quote.)I have actually given serious consideration to making a dedicated SAK cheese knife but using the 108mm frame. Never got around to it as I wanted yellow handles
Can someone copy (and translate!) the article for us US'ers? And can someone slap Victorinox to cease with their proxying? -__-
Apparently Americans don't appreciate good cheese.

I love cheese, and I want a cheese SAK. I can't speak for all Americans, but cheese (good cheese.. both American made and imported) is very popular here. I even have a regular cheese shop I enjoy, and odd friends who complain about local cheese shops and their lack of some insanely obscure cheese. It is as popular here as craft brewed beers, fine liquor, and good wine. Too bad for Vic. Sounds like they might be holding on to European stereotypes about Americans. From an American who follows professional cycling and watches/listens to a lot of BBC.. as far as I can tell, the number of Americans who are obnoxious, uncultured, tasteless, and loud is equal to what one will find in most European countries. The media here has too many Europeans believing in the myth of the Budweiser swilling 'mercan. Sure, those folks exist, but they are not the norm in a cultured urban area.I'll hop off my soap box now. Now, who wants cheese? I have a nice viejo queso Manchego if you want some. I may have some Stilchester left as well...
Where is the OH version?
Jointly presented the Switzerland CheeseMarketing Victorinox AG and the results of their cooperation, the Swiss no pants bag: The Swiss must for cheese knife.
They need to add the combo tool on this knife and mass produce it. I love those scales, definitely the coolest 111mm scales yet!

I suspect trying to keep the price down they excluded this, but we have to see the profile of the main-blade to know for sure.Bring your own cheese knife to the party!
But the real question is, Can Felinevet Tim deliver?
