I'll take more pictures of it later, but it's the silver tool on the righthand side of the picture; I do know it's a Japanese-made tool, and that it has a nail file and nail cleaner, what appears to be a recurved blade, and a hollow tube tool on the backside.  Beyond that, I know it has a sheath and not much else, aside from the fact that it's shiny. :D  Help?

Is the inside of the tip round or something else? If it's hexagonal, that could be a bit-holder.

It's a round tube, albeit curved, as what can be seen in the picture. :)

Seems like a very big handle to house those two little blades
Is the end of the tube sharpened (or does it look like it used to be)?

The end of the tube is rounded off; it somewhat reminds me of a strange take on a pipe tool; the tube could be an awkward method of filling a pipe, while then using the same tube to tamper the tobacco; the nail file comes to a thin enough point to be somewhat of an effective pick.  This is all just conjecture, though.
