Look at what I found at Target yesterday

Old style Leatherman Wave for $69.95

This just showed up at my locale Target that i check all the time. I guess someone did a return on it and target marketed it up to the new LM Wave price. I was hoping it was marked the clearance price, so I took it up front to checkout. I told them that this is the old version but they said it was still $69.95.

Too bad because I would jumped on it for less.

That's a great find!  Too bad about the price though.

I love it when places keep trying to hawk old things at the same prices they went for new.  A store I visit often is still selling memory cards for the same price they did a year ago- even though I mentioned to them once that no one nowadays is going to pay $50 for a 128mb card!

I don't know if there made anymore but my local K-Mart had a bunch of the Schrade Tough tools on clearance for $40.  It's the same K-Mart that I found my original Wave on clearance about a year ago.

That sucks, that's what i paid for my "old" wave anyway, you'd think the price would come down though...

I still have the "old wave" but it needs LM service (loose, worn blade) wanna trade?
