Alternative storage plastic bags
« on: March 27, 2011, 06:53:39 AM »
I stumbled upon these "tactical" Loksak plastic storage bags at Heinnies for £9.95, but your'll save you £7 buying
50 pcs. Istad bags for £2.85 in Ikea..  :tu:
(They're great for urban life too..)  ;)

I'll back Allan up here and admit that I use the ikea ones when out out hiking/camping.  They really are pretty bomb-proof.

I use Ziploc Freezer Bags:

They come in Quart and Gallon sizes.   And they're good to 6000 meters (high  :D) and can go from freezer to boiling water.

PLUS:They're invisible--like Ninjas  8)

I like the IKEA bags too. BTW, IKEA has a Fiskars brand knife sharpener that is pretty good too.
