Well this is what happens when you just can't pick one color and be happy. I found the DD scales are easier to remove and easier to install that the Nylon scales. I use heat when I do it to reduce the amount of material that is removed from the contact points during removal. I hope the easier removal and installation does not mean they are not as durable long term. The DD scales may not do as well in extreme heat, I wouldn't leave a DD scaled SAK on the dashboard when the summer heat is in force.Maybe this will help Victorinox decide if they should offer an OHT-BO in North America.The Family

The first image is of the knives I had to borrow the scales from, close look you'll see one of those is a Dual Pro-X. Now I need someone that can make me some nice 111mm scales to get them prepared for action.
