Mine is fine too, no issues.  I gave it to my wife though; more useful for her than for me.

My new Rambler should arrive today.  I'll see how it works out.  If the scissors don't cut it (no pun intended! :) ), I'll just go back to using my CS.

How do you like the rambler? My favorite SAK in that size for sure!

Well at first I was not a fan of the Style CS and was fairly unimpressed with the Style PS. After carrying the CS and PS for a few weeks I have to say I must of been crazy. The PS has kicked the VIC Classic off the key ring for the foreseeable future.  :D

I'm more of a CS fan than a PS fan, but they are both pretty slick IMO :)
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

I really like the Rambler... it has exactly everything I want in a keychain tool.  My only gripe is that it's so small...  I'd really love to have the same thing in the 74 mm size.  The blade isn't big enough for the boxes and cardboard mailing envelopes that most of the books I receive are shipped in.  I have a Dragonfly 2 that makes short work of them of course, but I'd prefer to not have to carry anything other than my keychain on my when I'm working.

So, I also am now the proud owner of a new Executive.  I also like it very much.  I actually can make use of the orange peeler, and I like the larger blade and scissors it has, and the file is nicer than the one on the Rambler as well.  The only thing about it that I don't like is that it doesn't have a bottle opener or the phillips driver.

So I'm horribly torn; I want the best of both... but in a single tool.  I wish there was a way to drop the small blade from the Executive and put the bottle opener / phillips driver in its place.  I suppose for now I can just go ahead and carry both.

Makes sense, I tend to carry the CS 99% of the time, only switch to the rambler if I know I might need a toothpick! Still a great tool, I just feel the CS suits my "light duty" needs better.

I really like the scissors on the CS, I actually think they're better than SAK scissors, but I hate the blade on it...  it's too small, I can never get it to take or hold much of an edge, and that annoying tiny little nail nick, and the crappy file all make me wanna chuck the thing out the window at times.  That's why I've been in this quandary.  Just can't seem to find the perfect keychain tool...   :ahhh

I LOVE MY STYLE PS!!!!! It's awesome...... though I don't ever fly, it's ALWAYS nice to know that when I do get on a plane, I'll be equipped with a fantastic tool! Thanks, Juli from LEATHERMAN..... you know why  :tu:
