The Skeletool is still a bit like a concept-car in my opinion. I'd like to see a whole line of multitools which have all the capabilities of tools in their size-class, but also qualify in a lighter weight-class.

Even got a Browser and a cool sticker.

As much as i love my skele for edc ...... will you really use this little beauty?

I would keep it as a collectible, undamaged - and use a standard skele as a user. (iirr there is one pretty cheap offered in our tradeforum here)
Have fun.

Bye,
Michael

It's fairly likely that if I tidied my room I would find it.  :-[

Hey Everyone,

I owned a first-year run Skeletool CX with combo edge blade; bought it brand-new as soon as it was released.  I used it for work and it lived in the pocket of my uniform.  Unfortunately, it grew legs and walked away after I let a co-worker borrow it.  No one has seen it since, or maybe no one is willing to admit that they have seen it.

Anyway, thanks to a fellow forum member, cowsmilk, I am the proud owner of an original Skeletool CX once more.  Thanks, friend!

I am finally able to join this club.  For my purposes, and YMMV, the Skeletool is my EDC.  :D

Interesting... a blacked out stealth look for the Skeletool. They do have a all SS version of the Skeletool so this should not be difficult. Wonder if they first make the tool and then BO it. Or are the parts BO'd first and then assembled. Anyone know?

Personally I dig the SS with the one sided black scales where the curves show. Ok, I need to get into this club now.

I would assume they BO the parts separately then assemble.
