Just got that knife on the web...  ::)

Does anyone knows what that special shield means? Is it a special edition?

Victorinox does use alternative shield images for some of their knives sold in regions where the Swiss Cross wouldn't be wise to use.

Wow... VERY cool.

It immediately made me think not of a SAK, but some kind of movie prop. V for victory, and the globe, with the probability that there are two other varients, one showing Asia and the other the Americas, to go with the one for Europe and the Middle East. Kind of thing an Earth Defense Force might issue.  :D
