xD

btw i bought one to say "i have one" a while ago, it is nice to have it and play with it, use it lightly...
but really it doesn't compete with an Opinel : I certainly wouldn't trust the lock in intense use
This knife was a great answer to the needs of its users though.

Just came from my Holidays on the rural environment of the Pyrinees

(Image removed from quote.)

It's the perfect place to find, use and discuss Opinels, really.

(Image removed from quote.)

I carried and used the Opi around cool guys, hikers and campers that shared the love for them. I've seen lots of variations, sizes and colours, but most of them were pretty worn and well used!

(Image removed from quote.)
many other traditionals and slipjoints around, as well.

(Image removed from quote.)

So sad none of them was into Multitools... ::)

Lovely Oppie, love the blade shape! I'm guessing it's a mod?
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Got a Carbone and Stainless 08 in the mail.

Stainless' lock is wobbly and dances a lot, let's see if I can fix the wiggle

Edge came all jagged up too, something that seems too common with Opis as of late  :-\

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

My thoughts exactly.

I guess they opened their mouths to say something when he opened the first knife.

They closed their mouths when he opened the second one.

When he opened the third, they just left...
