I remember the Twistmaster. I had a look for it on eBay some time ago, but did not actually get one.
It was considered OK.
Ofcourse it was a lot stronger and better than the original!  :D
I actually have a Cold steel kudu; similar idea of improving an existing design, and it is one of my most used knives.

Here are my two Opinels (for the moment  :) ), a stainless #6 and a carbon #7.



The #7's handle has been sanded, re-stained, and given two coats of low luster acrylic polyurethane.  I got bored at work one day..... The #6 is becoming a favorite work knife, light and simple, takes a nice edge, and if I kill it, I'll just get another one!  Actually, even if I don't kill it, I'm still getting another......

very nice mate, i need to stain a few handles, i picked up another #5 today, 4-5-8 are my favourite opinels,  :tu:
