The No12 is a big old knife. Still not heavy mind you, but a good size.

Here's mine. It took a while to fall in love with that thing but now it's in daily use. It doesn't look too sharp but it is.

... when i got my first Opinel in June, i got a soft wack at post office. "young man....you never to import this again....ok..." that's the end of my Opinel infatuation.. 3 inch makes alot of difference.. i got my BM minigrip in without questions tho... hows the difference in intepretation..
