If you're happy with a cheap and ugly alternative, I've used sections of bicycle inner tube on previous tins. For the survival orientated kits, this provides fire lighters too which the silicone ranger bands don't offer (also worked quite well for attaching a Buck Hartsook to the outside of the tin)

I'm a latecomer to this thread, but I like the idea of dividers put in there!

Though it is similar to some of the pill cases out there. But, this is a DIY, and looks to any unsuspecting outsiders...like an Altoids tin survival kit. But no! It's a multi-celled pill/candy/lozenge holder!!

Ok. Sorry.

well me and the kids finnished off the altoid mints plus a few friend at the school so ive now done my second tin, after getting my maxped organiser and filled it  :D i put all my batteries and driver bits in the front flap bit bit was a pain to get stuff out so ive put all my batteries and plasters and driver bits plus tissue and gaffer tap and electrical tape, plus 2 little ceramic rods from a gerber sharpener in the tin, so all good, and the rods actually work ok as back up sharpeners  :tu: also the tin inside makes a nice servival mirror  ;)
