I gotta them them a thumbs up. I ordered my Spirit S from them and they got it here quickly and in perfect condition. I ordered it engraved and there was a problem. There was a couple of characters I wanted engraved they couldn't do (< and >). They emailed me to call them. I did just that and the lady at customer service was very helpful and we got the engraving worked out to my satisfaction.

It was shipped that night(1-3-08) and it arrived today (1-7-08). Quick shipping to say the least. I'm quite happy with it.

It takes one full week to ship my order, which only contains one small item...not complaining just saying. I am in no rush.

They always ship out in 1 or 2 days for me.

The only trouble I've had with SKS is that their online inventory system is sometimes wrong: about three or four times I've ordered something, only to find out that it's not in stock and it'll be a week or two before it gets in. At least they always send an email to let me know that it's not going to be sent out. What I really wish they did was not delay an entire shipment because one item is out of stock... (I'd consider it good service to get everything else to the customer as quick as possible, especially if the website is wrong about whether that one item is available.)

On the good side though: The folks on the phone are always really nice and helpful, and assuming everything is actually in stock, they have always shipped within one or two business days for me.
