My wheels are attached to this: (photos aren't of mine specifically, Stock photos are better than any I could take :) )

2007 Mondeo XR5 Turbo. Uses a 2.5L  Volvo T5 motor. Awesome long distance cruiser.

Thanks for starting :tu: Here's mine, well, what else would you expect a Doctor Who fan to drive, a blue box :D

Got this to replace my very good Mitsubishi 2.8 diesel, just couldn't afford to run it but this little Suzuki 1.3 is very cheap all round and as its for taking the dogs out all over, its excellent, very happy with it :)

Isn't....isn't the steering wheel in that Ford on the wrong side? :P Here's a pic, not mine though because it's too dark to take a pic at the moment  :) :

1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. 4.0L inline 6, 4wd, just a great truck. I've got 190k miles on it (not all of them mine) and she still has no problems at all. All I've ever had to do in terms of big maintenance is change the brake pads.

Here's my new ride.  I was in a Ford focus up until this one, what a change it's been!

It's got Quadrasteer, and that is an awesome feature!  This truck turns like a jeep with that on.

Sorry, I started it innocently bragging.  It escalated.  :P

As said in that other thread, in two weeks I'll be driving one of these.

That is a pretty ride enki. I'm sorry, but when I hear Renault I immediately picture this:

When I was growing up a friend's father had a green one. The speedometer and the passenger-side door handle didn't work, but it ran. He wanted it to be the last one running in the Northeast. I sometimes wonder if he succeeded. The TR4 in the garage, though, that was a sweet car  :gimme:

Yea, it's a big toy no doubt!  The quad steer is the coolest thing.  At low speed the rear wheels turn opposite the front, creating a very tight turning radius.  At high speeds they turn with the front wheels for "stability" or so they say, while hauling trailers.  I love it personally, and I've read reviews of it that show it's usefulness.

Yea,jerseydevil, long time ago my thoughts were even worse (think Renault 4), but after driving one for 10 years, I love it. Security wise and the stuff you get for your money are hard to beat.  :tu:

Yellow Pontiac Sunfire

I somehow thought it's going to be orange.  :D    :pok:    :pok:

My old clunker, sadly I don't use it for what it's meant to do anymore, all the undeveloped land within three hours drive are turning into golf courses and new housings...  :-[

I was thinking more like this:

Except I just bought a full brush guard for it, not a bull bar.

I wonder if the quad steer makes lifting it harder?

I'm honestly and actually thinking about having it painted orange this summer. The clear coat is coming off bad so it needs a face lift and what a great way to do it with an orange paint job.  :D

I bet oversize tires will burn up the quadrasteer unit. My F150 had enough problems with oversize tires....can't imagine it would be good on a 4 wheel steering setup. Sure does make a pickup look nice, but it just wears everything out. The lift would be a very interesting project for sure.
Out with the F150:

In with the 2006 Ford Fusion:

Love the rig, hate the color.  I loved my Halliburton Trucks though, mine was a newer unit so both the tractor and trailer(more like house-sized pump on wheels) were bright and shiny RED!!  I loved keeping it clean too, kinda weird...

Here is a pic of a rig similar to the one I drove for the good ol EP Halliburton.

When I moved back here I didn't know that Halliburton had such a presence in Texas.  I guess it's a no brainer but I was oblivious.  My camp was in Grand Junction CO, and we worked the Parachute/Rifle areas.  Those are towns BTW.  LOTS of muddy mountain driving.  You learn to love dry days when you have to throw every chain you have on your rig just to drive for 5 minutes and then take them off.
