Ok here we go...
just recently I got a small peace of Ti. some 4mm thick.... Just enough to TRY to make few (2-3) keychain tool's.
But I'm out of ideas/experience....
Thing is I don't have any cutting edge tools.... Just plain stuff you find in domestic workshop...
So I need help.
1. Do you have any ideas about shape and features of keychain tool
2. Do you have any idea about working with Ti with plain tools
3. How's the edge retention on Ti if I decide to make small blade
4. Anything else would be of great help!!!
Thanks

Sounds good to me, was not sure how long the piece of ti was, hence the necker, but a small type knife would be sweet.

I know about a million guys who hide a handcuff key behind a small necknife. For that matter, I'd like to have a titanium handcuff key. That'd be cool, huge market. Call it "tactical" titanium and every cop on the planet will have to have two of them.
