Its starting to come together. I started exercising in November, but I hadn't lost much weight because I didn't modify my diet. Five weeks ago I changed the source of carbs by greatly reducing my intake refined sugars, and grains and almost completely eliminating potatoes. The result? I'm now 25 lbs lighter.
doctor has banned me from riding my bike for the time being
