Great place to workout..  :o 8) 8)
very cool indeed.  Though I guess you probably didn't manage it in less than 2 minutes. :D

I've always wanted to fit a motor to my bike, although 2 minutes might be a bit hard to achieve, and the $150 department store bike might explode first.  :D

You know, I had no idea you could trigger those "your speed is" street radar just running pass it. They put one on my usual route and I triggered it, so I thought what the heck and bolted. Only clocked 25 KPH though since I was already tired.  :-[

Its starting to come together.

I started exercising in November, but I hadn't lost much weight because I didn't modify my diet.

Five weeks ago I changed the source of carbs by greatly reducing my intake refined sugars, and grains and almost completely eliminating potatoes.  The result?  I'm now 25 lbs lighter.

Thanks Allan.  It's a good start.  Hopefully by next spring I will be back to my old cycling weight.

Yesterday I stopped the tracking with Endomondo after 8 kilometer and did 4 x 30-20-10 interval training the last 2 km home.  :) Today I ran 5 kilometer in 22.39, an average speed at 13.30 kilometer pr. hour. I just signed up for a halfmarathon on the 2. september so I hope these different methods of training will help along the way..  :)

Ran the speed radar again today, 26 kph, I'll probably hurt myself bad one day doing stupid stuff like this.  :imws:
