Yesterday I picked up a lightly used Surge (old model) with sheath for $20 at a pawn shop. Not a bad deal.

I love all the other clips on my other LMs and I'm so glad I have this now so I can rock it in the pocket. It does rock a little side to side... Think I can compress the top a bit to fit snugger?

I got a Wingman today, and also a C33 knife.

Both have laser engravings of companies that must returned them for whatever reason, and I got them for $5 each.

Do you get to buy items sent back to LTG?

Not really, Leatherman does this thing every year on Earth Day where they sell tools like those listed above, old model LED Lenser flashlights, and whatever other types of odds and ends they have taking up space.  We had about 4 cases of the Wingmans, and 3 of the C33s.

I love old school Leathermans. The last LM I got was the OHT, and while it's a LOT fun to play with, it's just not something that I'd ever carry.

My first and only multi for the longest time was a PSTII so that's what I'm used to. Unfortunately she decided to take a swim in Lake Murray  May she rest in peace

Me too, The only new LM's I have are my Rebar and a Sidekick other than that they are  a couple of PST's , PST II, , Micra, Pulse and a ST 200. I have been looking at OG Waves and OG ST's a lot recently. So many tools I covet and not enough  cash   :(

Maybe we should start playing the lottery... I do have a TTi that gets lots of carry time but still not sold on the bit driver.

Same for me.  I love the old school LMs.  I find the majority of the LMs I carry are retired models (G1 Wave, Supertool, Supertool 200, PST) with the only new LM being the Rebar, which itself is styled like a classic LM.

Been chasing one down for a little while.  They tend to command decent money but for my collection I wanted one on the cheap.  The main blade looks like poo and the shield is loose but otherwise I'm happy.

While I'm sure it's a great tool much of my acquisitions are purely for collection purposes.  I pretty much use my BO Wave, ST300, Surge, Swisstool, with an occasional Kick usage.  I really dig my BO Wave and that has seen all the work recently.
