That's cool.  It's one MT I've considered off and on for quite a while, but have yet to pull the trigger.

Its in the PST vein so all is well. Held off on the purchase because the ST 200 I have still shreds my thumb while using the lock release. This pulse is pretty smooth in that department. That in itself makes it so much more enjoyable to use.

Yeah I recently got a ST200 and I'm not sure how I feel about those rocker locks.  I like using them somewhat, but I don't like the looks and feel of them in that they take away from the sleekness of that classic LM style that I like.  I know they're tools, and I use them,  but I also like them even more if they're pleasing to the eyes ;)

That's what I like about the PST.  It has that look, smooth and sleek.

I agree totally with yous guys. The ascetics of the PST and original ST really strike a chord with me. Im giving Pulse a spin today to appreciate locking tools on a small Leatherman. The rocker locks do kill the Feng shui a bit but cant knock this cool little tool for that.

Yeah, they are a plus to have. Have had some mishaps before with non locking tools and most certainly will have more.

I finally retired the leatherman kick and bought the wave and two days ago bought the rebar. It's nice to finally have replaceable cutters.

Went to pick up a Wingman the other day, on a nice sale....but out of stock

Still waiting on something nice and new and shiny to buy - horrible pricing in NZ!

Nice. I bought the same thing a few days ago. I would go back and check what they have in a month or two as if they still have them they will mark them down to probably $10-$15 for the pair.

Thanks for the tip. Too bad they don't have like a two pack on rebars or surges ;-)

That's probably my very favorite LM. I received my PST2 today and I know I'll catch a clubbing for this but it will not be a user. They're nearly impossible to find NIB and I don't intend on messing it up. It WILL however get plenty of fondling

What I tool...... I just can't say enough nice about it. If LM still produced these I swear their stock would double. Just... WOW... :D

Thanks, it is indeed in good condition :tu:  Looks like it wasn't really used for the most part.  Only the pliers show signs of any real use, and they're still in great shape.

I won't club you buddy ;). It is one of the better LMs for me as well.  You're the one that got me thinking about getting one after your latest carry combo discussion.

I have one I recently acquired (older one, before they actually started stamping it as a "PSTII") and it will be a "looker" MT as well... From one PSTII owner to another, does the longbar for the scissors flop out on yours, or does it stay in pretty tight?

The scissors are a little loose IMO now that you mention it. I figured that's the way they were meant to be.
