skeletool in the mail. I bought the wingman about 2 months ago. Its proved useful and the pocket clip is a plus. The strait drivers could have been ground off better.

This arrived in the mail today from Ashley....

PST dated 0204/0304.  Used in very good shape, a nice addition to that thing that begins with "C" that I swear I don't have..... ;)

finally scored a TTI, the blade is gritty anf opens rough and grindy. The serrated is smooth as silk, though.

Whats the deal with leatherman and S30V?  I have noticed that the blad grinds, and sharpened edges are all funky. Not just mine but several, ive seen.

internal tools are tight as well.

Oh and my saw is tapered, and thinner at the top, than at the teeth, is this a new design or arth they cheaping out like thye seem to have done with smaller scissor thumb pads?

Nope, they will have always been like that.  The teeth have to be wider than the steel behind them of else the saw will bind sawing wood.

It's the same for the saw on my Victorinox Rucksack when I measured it with my digital caliper.  If anything, I wish the taper was even more so it would get stuck even less.

:mail:The Skeletool came two days early :tu: I wont go on about it cause i  posted sort of a review in the skeletool owners club thread. its cool but i think its been knocked around at the factory cause of a the small knicks and scrapes on it. Picard is not pleased. Anyway the skeletool is a nice addition.

Just got my first multitool a few days ago, and it is a leatherman wave. Feels like a real quality tool, and every feature I've used so far has worked flawlessly.

My Latest and first Leatherman is TTi
Really nice Tool, before I am using Victorinox Swisstool Spirit S black, but TTi is much more better than Spirit...

Just got in a Leatherman MUT EOD. Not sure exactly why, as I have no need for gun maintenance nor explosive demo, but I had some things laying around that the guy wanted, so... ;D

Leatherman Crater folding knife.  Picked it up at HD for $20 Cdn.  I like the carabiner and bottle opener they put on the end.  Really innovative to make you push it in to retract.  Leatherman is a great company, its good to see them branching out as the multitool market is pretty saturated and they probably own most of it.

But the MT market isn't dead either.  Would love to see a suptertool 300 mated with a Crunch for their next trick.  Would be wicked to have vise group like ST300 jaws with removable cutters.  Would buy that one in a second.

I found this very nice Kick today second hand. I must say I never liked the models with plastic in the handles but I never actually held one before neither.
It´s much  better than I thought and the scredrivers I really do like.
Even though it feels a bit empty with only two tools on one of the sides.
