OK, my "true" EDC item(s), as opposed to my "false" EDC (if you have one, I guess that means you must also have the other)--my Wolverine MultiShox. I never leave home without 'em. I have one pair in brown and one in black:

Tungsten Carbide Wedding Ring
Keys w/ spotlight speck, LaCie 16gb iamakey, brewzer, acme whistle, utilikey, hankerchief, wintercheck William wallet and at least one blade (today Wenger SAK cadet)....
My TRUE EDC used to have smokes and a lighter but recently that's been replaced with a nicorette inhalator and spare cartridges

the Vic Compact replaces the Climber+ swiped by a former coworker(i carried a Minichamp in the interim), sometimes i'm out of candy, and obviously the lighter gets replaced/re-taped periodically, but otherwise this setup has gone mostly unchanged for about six months.
