My new EDC

This is my first mod and though it is a little rough around the edges, I like what I learned doing it.  If it will remain whole or be reincarnated again as a new SAK remains to be seen, but for now this is my new edc.

I was trying to think of what to name it, I was thinking "Expeditioneer" or "Gentleman's Farmer" but would like your input as well.  To my knowledge, which is little, this is one of the first, if not the first alox with a back tool, in this case a corkscrew.   

Please let me know what you think and I apologize for the rough condition.

i like the name gentelmans farmer  . and nice mod. i like how you was daring and tried something different with the corkscrew section. its a little ruff but really cool. well done mate

That's a nice mod.   I also like the name Gentleman's Farmer.

BTW, while it's not the first alox SAK with back tools - Victorinox did a run of alox Craftsmen for the Dutch airforce, and I've seen one example of an alox Sportsman - it's one of the few alox models with backspring tools.  You did well on the implementation.

Oh I see, it looks like I did something similar to that blue alox model in the link.  They used a liner next to the scale as I did and then pinned the other side in between the layers.

Ok while I wait on the funds for my next project, I think this "Gentleman Farmer" may be reborn as a new combo.  What is your opinion of:

large blade/ combo tool
scissors
saw (maybe)
small blade/ nail file (reversed so the rough side faces out)
corkscrew

That's a cool combination. I'd like a corkscrew and an awl. Mmmm on to the drawing board.
