My MT aspirations for 2012 are just to simplify.

Get rid of things that do not do me any favours and let someone else get enjoyment from them (in use or collections), and also to effectively pair up items into winning combos. To a certain degree I've had success with this already, but I want to take it further and get away from picking up a tool and then trying to figure out what to team it up with for the day - just have everything ready in kits to grab and go which are effective but without too much duplication of features.

I dare say this'll see me acquiring some new items, but I'll be figuring out what as I go along  :D

Definitely looking to pick up a REBAR at some point, also thinking about an Octane and wanting a look at the Balance when it comes out as well. :)

No need for modding the Paratool mate, just cut something else from your setup...  ;)

this is going to be a year of SAK's for me i think. apart from getting more SAK's this year i want to get a wingman (maybe next month). and at some point this year i would like to get either my first charge tti or my first swiss tool.

and if other people like the rebar then maybe ill get one. but if the tools clump like the super tool 300 then i might not. ill see.

I will just buy various multitools/SAKs that I will be convinced that I really need  and are very usefull and when they arrive I will realise that they do exactly the same things as my other multitools and I will be worried to use them in case I scratch them so I will just use regular tools, the Moras, some cheap chinese SAK copy for the dirty work and my LM Micra..

i cant see whats good about clumping, is it easer to use for you? i find it a pain to get the right tool to lock.

i just find if its cold you can grab the easyer tool to remove say the file and then the others follow to you can then select the smaller fiddly ones  :D TBH i dont mind one way or another but its never been a issue with me but i know many dont like it, I guess its like marmite  :D

But you do realise tools get better once you've scratched them up a bit, right?  :pok: ;)

Well more or less I started with post in BST...

I'd like to get those I don't use out, for someone to give them better home...

As far as MT's I'd like to get
- SwissTool X post 2005

As far other gear... I'd like
- Hi lm torch non tactical look
- CC Pilot Auto Watch
- Contigo
- Some SAK's

Leather and brass...  :D :D
There is method to my madness....
