I'm not familiar with the bParatool, but looks like you should be able to get more goodies in there ... 4 rows I reckon. You just might need to shuffle things around a bit (bring awl to top etc) to make sure the pliers don't foul. SOG's are nice and easy to work with, so you can always put it back as was if it doesn't work out  :tu:

Zed, take a look here the 1/4" drive takes two tool slots and should fit okay in place of the two nylon washers. Heinnie have some SOG components, have asked them if they have any more, they said yes but never seem to show on their site SOG components :tu:

I think the Paratool was my first decent tool too (other than SAKs).

Saw and V-cutter have been added to mine IIRC. I went through a few changes with it, and that's what I love about it the most. UK legal and easy to mod. My parts came from ebay if you can't snag what you need from Heinnies.

cheers guys, i just checked out HH but no scissors or 1/4 drive  :-\ i really fancy scissors as i like the other tool selection but would sacrifice the awl as never really use one and got one on the SAK's. Ive been fiddling with my sog since getting it and really like its stragness  :D i look forward to trying it out  :tu:

I'm terrible :P forgot to say, great pics, the ParaTool's compact and light, one of the few UK legal and great to mod as long as you can get the components :tu:

The best thing about the paratool is i can hard use it even to the point of destroying an individual implement if i really had to with out ruining the entire tool, as i can repair and replace components myself very easily and relatively cheaply. Mccoys are very good for parts despite the long wait. i have received items from cabela's  and felinevet before in very good time but mccoys did take a while. although  that said i will definitely use them again, very soon actually as i am planning on ordering a few spares of each of the tools i use .
My trouble is i never show initiative, but that's only because no one has told me to.

Hi, sorry my last post may have been a bit unclear.
I don't think Cabela's or felinevet sell SOG stuff (they may do).
My point being that stuff from America need not take as long as my order from mccoys did. But that said he was polite and helpfully and the stuff did arrive, just not as quickly as I would have liked.
